About Me

Hi, my name is JoAnna Mounger and I teach second grade at Symsonia Elementary School. This is my eleventh year to teach elementary school. I received my Master's degree from Murray State University in Reading and Writing. I have one beautiful daughter who also attends Symsonia Elementary. I love reading, watching movies, vacationing, and spending time with my family. I love my job and feel blessed to be able to do something I truly enjoy. You are always welcomed in our classroom and I look forward to working with your child!
