December update

We will be in school on Monday, December 20. The Christmas music program is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 20, at 9 A.M. Classroom Christmas parties will also be scheduled for Monday, Dec. 20 at 1:15.  Don't forget your Christmas gift for a boy/girl!

Science Night

Our Family Science Night is Tuesday, December 7 @ Cuba from 6-7:30.  Jason Lindsey from WPSD will be here! Please come out and support our school and have some family fun! Hope to see you there!

Field Trip!!!!

Our field trip is Monday.  Please remember to send your child in their Cuba Cubs shirt, jackets, and comfortable shoes.  We will be outside playing at Noble Park, attending Giggle, Giggle, Quack, and be dining at Pizza Inn.  We are going to have a fun and awesome day!

Veterans Day

Veterans Day is November 11, 2010.  Please make sure to thank a veteran for their dedication and sacrifice to our country.  Remember to wear red, white, or blue tomorrow to show your support!

Auction!

Come participate tomorrow at our school auction! Bid on toys, tools, books, and more! Food will be served.  The auction will start at 6:00 in the school gym!

Fall Party and Parent Conference

Thanks for coming to our Fall Festival! Remember: This Thursday, October 28 is parent-teacher conferences. Also, Friday, Oct. 29 is our Fall Party.  Students may wear their costumes and our party will start at 1:30!

Fall Festival

Reminder: Our Fall  Festival is Friday, October 22 from 5:30-8:00.  We hope to see you there! Also, please sign up to volunteer if you are able.  Sign-up sheets have been placed in your child's Friday folder.  We are still needing chocolate items for our second grade baskets.  Thanks!

Weekly reminders

Friday, October 15- Second grade grandparent breakfast @8:15.  You may have your picture taken with your grandchild for $5.00 each or $7.50 for two.
